Talent Africa Series

talent africa series

WASHINGTON, DC – Africa is home to 6 of the top 10 fastest growing economies in the world. According to the U.S. International Trade Administration, between sub-Saharan Africa and the US alone, trade totaled over $52 billion in 2014. It is evident that Africa is a continent with growing economic opportunities. Along with that economic growth, there is an increasing need for national and international human capital. This now also makes Africa a prime destination for young global leaders who want to serve and make a significant impact. Service opportunities exist across sectors such as business, education, health, and social enterprise. Our goal is to match these opportunities to talent.

The Talent Africa Series are discussions organized by LDI Africa on how professionals in the U.S. can connect with volunteer-service and employment opportunities in Africa.
